We ship internationally DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means import duties, taxes, and fees are not included and must be paid by the recipient.
The customer is responsible for making sure their items can be legally imported to the destination country.
Customs policies vary by country and may delay delivery.

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by weather, holidays, customs, or carriers.
Holidays do not count as business days.
Orders over $200 may require a signature at delivery.
USPS tracking is considered proof of delivery.

Please do not throw away damaged items before contacting us. We are not responsible for replacements or refunds if an item is discarded.
Covered Damage Includes:

Items completely broken in transit
Not Covered (Not Eligible for Claims):
Minor leaks, small scratches, dents, or minor packaging damage
If your item is damaged, we will help file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Refused packages: 50% restocking fee
Incorrect address/refusal upon delivery: 30% shipping & handling fee
Unapproved returns (used, opened, torn packaging): 50% restocking fee
Rerouting fee (UPS only): $15
> Note: International and Post Office shipments cannot be rerouted.

π RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns within 21 days of receipt under the following conditions:
β Eligible for Return:
Unused, unopened, odor-free items
Original tags and packaging must be intact
Must receive Return Authorization Number (RA#) before shipping back
β Not Eligible:
Used/opened products unless damaged or defective
Personal-use products (e.g., hair brushes, combs, hair loss treatments, etc.)
Wigs, Human & Synthetic Hair: only eligible for exchange or store credit
Special orders and wholesale orders
Steps to Return:
1. Email us a photo of the item you want to return
2. Wait for return approval and RA# from our customer service
3. Ship the item back at your own cost unless we shipped the wrong item
4. Processing time: 4β10 business days after receipt

Electrical tools (dryers, curlers, etc.) are eligible for exchange only within 30 days of delivery
Must be in perfect, unused condition with original packaging
